All virtual points, coins, gems, or rewards earned on our platform are purely virtual and hold no real-world cash value outside the system until successfully verified and redeemed through active channels.

2. Verification and Processing Timeline

Every redemption request is subject to a strict automated and manual security verification. Processing times may range from 24 hours up to 7 business days to prevent invalid activity.

3. Payout Details & Accuracy

Users are fully responsible for providing 100% accurate UPI, bank account, or gift card information. Incorrect details are the user's responsibility and may lead to irreversible loss of rewards.

4. Reversal of Invalid Activity

Rewards can be fully reversed or withheld at any time if invalid activity, fake referrals, bot interaction, or policy violations are detected during the compliance check.

5. Modification Rules

The company reserves the absolute right to modify reward structures, points-to-cash conversion rates, payout thresholds, and eligibility guidelines without prior notice.
